Perceptions and approach for NEP 2020 by some of our renowned Speakers:- Dr.Mohit Gambhir 1. He sum upped the topic with MIRU it has a maritime model meaning Multidiscipline give it a full form Multidiscipline education and Research universities. Further he added that, Now, as per blending mode, innovation is bound to happen 2. Language is not a barrier, emotions that is the innovation thought and Ideas Dr.Parimal H Vyas 1. As per Parimal sir, He described National Education policy as a Blueprint for self-reliant India “Aatam Nirbhar Bharat” which is going to play a very big role and the National Education Policy above all it is an innovation it is all inclusive, it is equitable, transformational, revolutionary. 2. He further added, that above all he likes that the NEP is that it talks about the autonomy that the faculties will get but more importance than that is for the first time in the history of our country it is going to become a student centric. Mr Amit Das 1. Started with the outset that, no education is a passport for the future, and tomorrow belongs to those, who prepare for it today. So, the primary purpose in mind for any education is to build character, and, to enable the learners to be more ethical, rational and compassionate. Whether at the same time, you have to prepare them for gainful and meaningful employment, entrepreneurship we generate humongous value for the Society. 2. He further added that a couple of challenges, which forces in this new policy, firstly, there’s the consistency of equality and importing this new ages skills and competencies with the uniform learning infrastructure, in the education across the country. He was curious to know, how the teachers themselves, they are brought up themselves in a road-learning, kind of framework in a system so far, how quickly make this transition and adapt themselves to this holistic approach to education. 3. He concluded by saying that, anything by developing this type of curriculum will promote the holistic development of the students by giving them access relevance equity at the same time foundational learning, which is very important. Dr. (Mrs) Pankaj Mittal 1. For National Education Policy, she stated that the policies basically teach four ways, by which it is promoting to the internalization. First is, inviting hundred toppers reversal in the world, to establish their campuses in India, Second is to allow Indian universities to go abroad and establish their campuses so that, Indian system goes out, Third, they are saying that, the credits earned in the foreign university can be counted in Degree, given in the Indian universities, And, Fourth very rightly they have said that "all the university should be having international offices". 2. She concluded with, 100s of universities will be having a lot of collaboration, in the term of exchange in students, teachers, semesters, and program. Collaboration facility or the collaboration opportunity increases when the foreign universities are here and then a spirit of competition also comes. Because then, our universities would like to compete with them and then they would like to sort of emulating the best practices. Finally Prof. Vijay Singh Rathore thanked all the distinguished delegates and appreciated the high quality questions asked during the discussion.
