A one on one mentoring session was organized by IISU Incubation Centre on 28th April 2021 with Dr. Roopam Kothari who provided the personalized guidance on specific topics such as: funding support, grant writing, business plan, IP etc. This Mentoring session focused on the following questions: 1. Where do you want your business to reach in a period of 1 year and then upto 5 years? 2. What competitive advantage will you have in the initial 5 years? 3. Number of staff and organization structure in initial 5 years? 4. What will be your market share after 5 Years? 5. What new product range will you introduce by the end of 5 Years? 6. Have you checked the feasibility? These questions were considered and the answers of the candidate were duly recorded for further action.
