Dipan Sahu provided valuable insights into the IIC’s operations and its impact on fostering a culture of innovation within educational institutions. He also explained that The IIC aligns with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, aiming to position institutions as hubs for innovation, promote interdisciplinary collaboration, and provide structured support for startups. Additionally, institutions were encouraged to update Council member information, conduct expert sessions, and submit details regarding their incubation activities. He also informed about the tools such as the IIC portal and Innovation Repository available to support the submission and tracking of institutional innovations. Institutions were urged to engage in crucial activities such as ideation, prototyping, and field visits, which are essential for problem-solving and innovation development. Outcome: Participants gained comprehensive knowledge of IIC operations, enhancing their ability to foster innovation in their institutions.
