Objective of the workshop : To help the participants understand and that how thinking on same traditional lines and methods may not help everytime and that sometimes out of the box thinking is required for solving problems in the dynamic modern business environment.

Overall report of the activity:
An innovative and informative session was held on 28th June, 2022 by Prof. V. Kamakoti, Director, IIT Madras. He talked about "Out of the box thinking for problem solving" so that we can cultivate different thinking for being a successful entrepreneur and innovator. It was a knowledgeable session which provided us better understanding of how we can cultivate different thinking. A Four level Course "Out of the box thinking through Mathematics" has been introduced by IIT Madras. He gave various examples e.g. Apple Knife Stone theory and solved problems and questions to understand the concepts of Problem Solving and training the brain to be creative. Out of the box thinking for problem solving will make innovators reach the aim of Creative India.

Outcome : The session was very informative and made the participants aware about the Concepts and skills to think creatively for Problem Solving and focused on how to be better Entrepreneurs and Innovators.
