The live talk by Shri Ajit Doval Sir on the Art of Decision Making was enlightening, enriching and full of learnings. Sir started on how the human psyches similar but responds differently and we need to understand it. The talk taught me about how to take vital decisions. We need to be prepared in every aspect for the worst scenario. It gave me an understanding on how a small and important decisions has its consequences in long term. The biggest question in me was what exactly makes decisions? Eventually got an answer which is worth implementing. Sir explained and discussed how clarity of objectives is obtained and selecting best option you have to achieve your objective. Also to always keep in mind that no decision should be taken while one is angry or afraid. After listening to Shri AjitDoval Sir felt enthusiastic to do work and put in all the concepts learned about making decisions.
