The IIC-IISU and the Incubation centre, IIS (deemed to be University) organised Orientation session of Incubation Centre. The session was organised to familiarize the students and faculty members with the mission of IIC and to acquaint them with the activities conducted by the IIC.
The session was informative and was attended by the students of home science of IIS (deemed to be) University. The session started with an introduction to entrepreneurship which basically is a journey full of achievements, downfalls and hardships. The students were given a brief introduction about the role and functions of the incubation cell at IISU. The students were also motivated to come up with an innovative idea to grow it into a start up.
The participants were able gain an understanding of the aim of IIC. The students and faculties were also motivated to be participate in the activities of the IISU-IIC. Those willing to become and entrepreneur were able to recognize the efforts and initiatives taken by the university for fostering and nurturing innovation.
